We switched our German Shepherd’s vet care to Quarry Hill today and we are so glad we made the change. The looks of this breed often instills fear or hesitation (hence why we left our previous vet), but we didn’t experience this at all here. Our sweet dog (with no prior aggressive behaviors) finally got the thorough exam he deserves! Dr. Anderson asked questions, gave recommendations and showed that she cared. Every staff member we engaged with was kind and thoughtful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Quarry Hill Vet Clinic. They are truly the best, and I am incredibly grateful for the care they provided to my 15-and-a-half-year-old Yorkie, London, and to our family during a very difficult time. It started on an incredibly busy Friday when London needed to be seen. The reception staff went above and beyond to work us into the schedule. That is where we met Dr. Martin, who was absolutely exceptional. He was so nice, kind, and filled with genuine compassion for London. We had opted to try for a recovery, and thanks to their care, London made it through the weekend. However, London decided otherwise. Between Sunday and Monday, he started to feel unwell again. When I called to make an appointment right away, the staff was once again wonderful and deeply helpful. Together, we determined that it was time, as it was clear London was no longer able to recover. During the most painful part of this journey, Dr. Silverness and her assistant were absolutely amazing. They were the ones who helped us put London to sleep, and they handled it with the utmost gentleness and grace. Through the entire process of saying goodbye, the entire Quarry Hill staff was patient, kind, and profoundly caring. They treated London with dignity and showed us immense empathy. Thank you to Dr. Martin, Dr. Silverness, her assistant, and the entire team for the extraordinary care you gave to London and the comfort you gave to us. THANK YOU!

They took great care of my previous pup during end of life care, so I felt most comfortable bringing my new puppy here too. They seem to treat each person and pet like real people rather than just dollar signs
